1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register and own one account only at CLY8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same or different information — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. Required information includes your full name, phone number, active email address, and any other details requested by cly8 from time to time. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and account password. cly8 recommends that you:

Cly8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by another party resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
